Job Description

Community Care Solutions is currently seeking a full-time employee to work on filing and file compliance at our main office in Northwest Phoenix. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.  

Our agency provides quality in-home services to individuals with intellectual disabilities for nearly 1000 families statewide and are contracted thru the Division of Developmental Disabilities. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented to join our team.  Job duties include working with the HCBS Coordinator to ensure that our member and provider files meet state requirements, conducting audits of files, and keeping filing up to date.   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Motivated, Self-Starter
  • Happy, Positive Attitude
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of general offices procedures and practices
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Organize and maintain a file system
